Awful Service and Extremely rude

Posted by alysania on 3/11/2009

We had an event in one of the back rooms. We were surprised at the end of the night with a room charge after we all ordered dinner. This charge was not discussed earlier when the room was booked. The owner came in later and rudely told us that we should have been out of the room an hour ago and he was going to shut off the lights. He then told us that we should leave and never come back. Consider that done, gladly.

Good food but small portions

Usually at a Jewish Deli, you get sandwiches that are so huge you can't even fit them in your mouth but not at Michaels. My sandwich was small & didn't even come w/ a side of chips. A little disappointing.
